Syndesmosis buttress plates are thinner and narrower than our traditional straight plates, and more similar to the Flex Fibula plate design, with the added advantage of the SYNDEX™ with Constrictor® Technology specific button feature, allowing for the lowest profile construct to minimize soft tissue irritation.
